Volunteer/Intern Opportunity: Chief of Staff Assistant
- Scheduling communications and daily operations
- DHSR (Division of Health Service Regulation) compliance tracking and documentation
- Social media management (posting engagement)
- Community outreach and marketing activities
- Event support and local representation (as needed)
- Students recent graduates or career switchers eager for realworld experience in healthcare operations marketing compliance and leadership support
- Retirees passionate about sharing their expertise to enhance senior services and community outreach
- Community advocates who thrive on missiondriven teamwork and making a meaningful impact
- Support scheduling communication and agency administration
- Assist with DHSR compliance tracking and documentation
- Manage social media postings and engagement campaigns
- Help organize and promote community outreach and marketing activities
- Provide operational support to the Agency Director
- Represent Executive Home Care at select events and meetings (as needed)
- Youre highly efficient proactive anticipatory professionally polished flexible and coachable essentially a true righthand to the Agency Director.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Kind friendly and positive personality
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Techsavvy (social media skills are a plus Canva Instagram Facebook LinkedIn)
- Valid NC drivers license and ability to travel locally
- Familiarity with the Triangle areas healthcare or senior services landscape (preferred not required)
- Bilingual/multilingual skills (a plus not required)
- A proactive gogetter with strong organizational and communication skills
- Detailoriented and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Excited about working closely with leadership to drive meaningful change
- Passionate about communitybuilding compassionate care and making a difference
- Client Conversion Bonus: Bonus flatrate per new client you convert
