Responsibilities:
- Ensure titles are processed correctly and in an efficient manner and in accordance with all state and federal laws
- Ability to process both new and used car titles
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of all state and federal regulations related to vehicle title processing
- Verify and submit required documentation to state agencies for vehicle registration and titling
- Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to ensure proper completion of paperwork and timely submission of documents
- Facilitate communication with customers regarding title and registration processes
- Keep track of all titles and ensure they are completed and filed properly
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to get the job done in time allotted
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
