Job Description
About the Role:
Were a small caf in MidMichigan looking for someone special to run the daytoday operations from making coffee and food to greeting regulars and keeping the space clean and cozy. If you enjoy working independently love people and take pride in doing a little bit of everything this job could be a perfect fit.
This is a handson role where youll be the face of the caf and also its heart. Youll open the doors in the morning brew the coffee serve up smiles and keep things running smoothly all day long.
What Youll Do:
Make coffee and espresso drinks to order
Prep and serve simple food (think sandwiches baked goods toast soup)
Take customer orders and payments with a friendly attitude
Keep the caf clean stocked and organized
Open and close the caf independently
Handle basic daily reporting and communicate with the owner
What Were Looking For:
Friendly reliable and selfmotivated
Able to manage a variety of tasks solo throughout the day
Prior barista or food service experience preferred but not required
Comfortable with food prep and kitchen safety
Great with people warm welcoming and communityminded
