Second Shift: 12:30pm9:30pm
The position is responsible for supervising daytoday shift operations of the Sanitation Department. Duties include supervision of sanitation personnel ensure proper sanitation of all equipment plant and grounds and ensuring all required paperwork gets properly completed on time. Shift scheduling timekeeping and allocation of resources are essential daily activities. Leads their respective teams in the Environmental Monitoring program working with Quality Assurance Production and Maintenance to ensure a healthy plant environment. Supervisors must maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with employee safety and food safety standards.
