- Delivers personalized service to our guests in line with Solaire Resort standards and Forbes Travel Guide Standards.
- Acts in best interest of the company about minimizing costs and maximizing revenue of F&B services.
- Assists in daily operation of all departments as required.
- Conducts/attends F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required.
- Conducts market surveys as required and plan/implement appropriate measures to increase market share/revenue.
- Conduct regular inspections on the condition of F&B operations.
- Deals with proposals and suggestions from management and staff.
- Designs and implements relevant training programs of F&B Team Members.

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Advertising focus or equivalent experience, MBA an advantage. In-depth knowledge of online advertising models, including rich media technologies. Understanding of the overall media and measurement/analytics landscape, online advertising and marketing trends. Candidate must have strong communication skills with a track record of working with high-profiile clients. Must have strong verbal, written and communication skills, ability to communicate with large groups. Strong sens of task ownership and responsibility. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
