Job Description
Our customers love their Subarus! Apply This Parts Sales Advisor position is responsible for selling parts to retail and commercial customers and pulling parts for technicians at Servco Subaru.
Responsibilities:
- Sells Subaru parts to retail and commercial customers
- Pulls parts and related items for automotive service technicians
- Researches parts information and assists with inventory
- Places orders for parts and followsup on status of orders to ensure parts are received in a timely manner
- Answers customer questions and provides instructions on parts installation
Requirements:
- Minimum one to two years of automotive experience
- Basic automotive repair knowledge
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and safety focused
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with DealerTrack system and P2 ASE certification a plus
- Auto parts counter sales experience preferred
- Work schedule: Monday Friday from 7:00am 4:00pm
