Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist (Fulltime/Part time)
Pay: $65$70 per visit or $75000$85000 annually (based on caseload)
Location: Honolulu HI (Must have reliable transportation)

Were a growing care organization in Honolulu dedicated to home health fall prevention and empowering residents in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs). Were currently hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) whos passionate about improving lives through quality inhome and communitybased therapy.
What Youll Do:
Deliver physical or occupational therapy services to clients in their homes.
Conduct initial and followup assessments including fall risk evaluations.
Perform community outreach via ALF presentations and expos.
Oversee client progress and ensure topnotch care.
Represent the organization in community events and promote wellness initiatives.
What Were Looking For:
Licensed PT or OT in Hawaii
1 year of clinical or home health experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable with outreach and public presentations
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
