Section 1: Position Summary
Partners with the BOLI consulting team on the management of case work and workflow of assigned cases. This role has a direct impact on the successful acquisition of new clients and the ongoing servicing of current clients.
Section 2: Job Functions Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serves as the Newport liaison between Newport internal technical staff senior level Newport BOLI (Consulting SVP) and our intermediary distribution partners in the development of new client and placement/takeover of new BOLI at an existing client.
Provides sales support for the BOLI consulting team and intermediary distribution
Compiles marketing and plan design materials for existing or prospective clients to including timelines for new placement optimization and recommendations regarding participant investment menu options trustee search and selection etc.
Compiles BOLI Prepurchase materials following the provisions of applicable bank regulatory guidance
Maintains BOLI Pipeline reporting
Conduct BOLI enrollment demos to clients/prospects
Assists the BOLI Consulting team in the development of new marketing materials
Facilitates/leads weekly BOLI Consulting / New Business meetings
Fosters strong relationships with Newport Relationship Managers (RMs).
Participates in special projects that enhance Newports productivity/efficiency and suite of services that would benefit from your diverse background in technology systems accounting etc.
Completes necessary compliance documentation related to placements of securities
Maintains prospect and client databases
Conducts presentations to individuals and large groups.
Selfstarter working in a fastpaced demanding environment under tight deadlines
Focuses on learning in everyday activities and events
Applies advanced mathematical concepts utilizing current spreadsheet and accounting database software programs
Travel up to 5
Responsible for protecting securing and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access improper transmission and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

Section 3: Experience Skills Knowledge Requirements
Bachelors degree from fouryear college or university
A minimum of 3 years of experience with direct accountability for client deliverables retention and satisfaction in a client services delivery/client facing environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct presentations to individuals and large groups.
Series 6 and/or Insurance License preferred.
