Job Description
Design implement and support full life cycle data engineering projects for current and future Summary of Operations application and other large Planning applications involving large data ingestion persistence transformation and retrieval. Design develop and maintain Oracle MemSQL and Python code in an event driven distributed architecture. Maintain the dataflow pipeline between Planning databases and other data stores such as Primo ODM and Accounting data. Responsible for resolving the data quality issues in an effective and timely manner by working crossfunctionally with other teams.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or closelyrelated degree field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Five 5 years of experience as Data Engineer.
ALTERNATE EDUCATION: Masters Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or closely related degree field.
ALTERNATE EXPERIENCE: Two 2 years of experience as Data Engineer.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The five 5 years of required experience with a Bachelors or the two 2 years of experience with a Masters degree must have included: experience in event driven and cloudbased architectures; design implementation and support of full lifecycle data engineering projects; and use of Python .NET Node Java and experience with SQL and other data querying languages.
