About this position:
The Loan Operations Specialist role is responsible for performing a variety of routine and nonroutine daily loan operations activities documentation preparation and followup of commercial loans.
What youll do:
Exceed Member expectations by making their needs a priority
Performs daytoday loan operations functions for all lending transactions booked by the Commercial Loan Operations Department
Prepare and file UCC Continuations
Maintain insurance tracking Phone contact with clients & insurance agents to get policy renewals
Order tax service contracts
Work closely with loan processors and lenders
Handle general customer inquires both external and internal
LaserPro Doc Prep/Review
Loan Booking
Escrow Monitoring
Imaging
HMDA/Adverse Action
What Youll Bring:
Two years banking or equivalent experience preferably in loan operations with a thorough knowledge of the loan service process
Requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Effective problemsolving skills
Time management for understanding the urgency of customer needs.
