As Salesforce Technical Inhouse Specialist you will develop and support the customization of Armacells global sales cloud. 500 users)
Your Tasks:
Collaborate with the Salesforce Solution Architect and the team of Salesforce Administrators on projects and daily operations
Develop customized solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce development tools
Provide technical expertise and support to the Salesforce Team
Inspire and coach the team of Salesforce Admins and Analysts by advising on best practices functionality and solution usage
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Analyse change requests and advise on feasibility effort and benefits
Monitor Salesforce releases prevent service disruptions and train administrators on new features and changes
Your Profile:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and at least 3 years of professional experience in Salesforce development
Solid understanding of Salesforce standard cloud capabilities
Experience with Salesforce automation tools (e.g. Workflow Rules Flows)
Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
Preferred: Salesforce certifications Platform Developer I Salesforce Administrator
Proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce development tools
DevOps skills (e.g. experience with Git and deployment tools such as Gearset)
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Selfmotivated with a passion for Salesforce development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and technical topics
