Job Summary
As a Vice President in the EMEA Corporate Sales team you will play a crucial role in providing Treasury & Cash Management solutions to our global MidCorporate clients. Your main responsibilities will include managing and developing a client/prospect portfolio with a significant focus on acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities. This role is based in Paris.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of MidCorporate clients focusing on companies with revenues of $500 million and above. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new Payments business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Create strategic dialogues around key clientcentric issues incorporating best practices industry benchmarking opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated Payments solutions within a consultative and clientdriven framework.
- Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client business process reviews.
- Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions.
- Manage the noncredit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor and enhance the profitability of all assigned relationships.
- Prospect pitch and deliver Payments solutions for both public and private companies. Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product operations and legal to negotiate deals and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Maintain open clear fluid communication with stakeholders i.e. bankers product partners implementation and client service teams locally and overseas.
Required qualifications skills and capabilities
- Proven track record in Payments sales with experience managing complex client transactions.
- Demonstrable track record of successful selling to and managing relationships with large/complex organizations.
- Demonstrate your experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on their needs with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with seniorlevel executives in EMEA/US/Asia Pacific (APAC)/Latin American (LATAM).
- Knowledge skills and experience to establish a network and experience working with Corporates.
- Demonstrate your ability to influence senior decisionmakers internal stakeholders and peer groups.
- Demonstrate partnership skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong presentation negotiation and marketing skills necessary.
- Highly organized detailoriented and proactive.
- Ability to work independently multitask and manage processes efficiently.
- Outstanding ethics integrity and judgment.
- Fluent in French and English.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Head Quartered (HQ) client experience is preferred but HQ subsidiary experience would also be considered.
- Bachelors degree required (Business Finance or Economics related major preferred); Masters degree preferred. Or able to demonstrate an extensive level of performing successfully in a similar role.
