What Well Bring:
We are seeking a Product Advisor to oversee the development of our product platforms within the Trusted Call Solutions (TCS) product suite.What Youll Bring:
This role will be responsible for collaborating with a product counterpart in the United States to manage the product feature roadmap development process and coordination between engineering operations and other product team members. You will work closely with engineering teams in the U.S. and India to translate product requirements into scalable highquality solutions.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities.
- Collaborate with U.S. product team to prioritize features based on business needs and technical feasibility
- Work closely with engineering teams in U.S. and India to oversee platform development and ensure implementation aligns with product requirements
- Act as the bridge between technical and product teams ensuring seamless and delivery
- Monitor development progress resolve issues and maintain alignment with global teams
- Familiarity with APIs backend development processes and data security considerations
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on product features to improve user experience and performance

What Youll Bring:
- 8 years experience in product management preferably in B2B SaaS telecom or enterprise software
- Bachelors degree in engineering or business related field
- Strong understanding of web portals backend systems and datadriven applications
- Experience working with product management engineering and operations in agile environments
- Ability to lead and manage roadmaps define product requirements and drive
- Strong communication skills to work across global teams (India & U.S.
- This role requires a significant overlap with team working hours ideally between 8 AM 1 PM EST.
- A team player with strong interpersonal communication writing and presentation skills
- Selfmotivated and able to work in an organized way in a fastpaced environment
- Occasional travel may be required
