KS2 Phase Leader Hounslow September 2025 Start
KS2 Phase Leader required for a highachieving primary school in Hounslow starting September 2025.
This KS2 Phase Leader role is ideal for an ambitious teacher ready to step into middle leadership. As a KS2 Phase Leader you will oversee Years 36 ensuring consistency in teaching standards assessment and pupil outcomes. The successful KS2 Phase Leader will be responsible for mentoring staff leading planning sessions and supporting the SLT with strategic development.
Youll lead by example in the classroom taking on responsibility for a wellbehaved and highattaining class while supporting your phase with targeted CPD and interventions.
KS2 Phase Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead teaching and learning across KS2
- Mentor and coach class teachers
- Oversee assessment data and track pupil progress
- Support curriculum development in line with school goals
What Were Looking For:
- UK QTS and proven KS2 experience
- Prior experience in a TLR/middle leadership post
- Clear communicator and role model for staff and pupils
