Job Description

Seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a wellestablished independent private practice in Jacksonville Candidates:Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineHave a current or be able to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in Florida notsubject to any restrictions probationary terms or conditionsNo history of license to practice being revoked restricted or suspended by any professional licensing agency in any state or jurisdictionHave current unrestricted DEA registrationPosition:Outpatient primary care only no inpatient coveragePatientCentered approachResponsible for providing and managing direct care to new and existing patient populationWork with 1 Nurse Practitioner and 1 parttime physicianIncentive/Benefits Package:Competitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision life short & long term disability options and morePTO and CME time / allowance including paid holidaysSign On Bonus and Relocation Allowance
