The Financial Analyst II FP&A supports financial planning and storytelling through financial forecasting management reporting variance analysis and annual budgeting. Use business information and financial analysis to provide business insights identify risks and opportunities and support decisionmaking. This role is part of the FP&A team and reports to the Sr. Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to evaluate assumptions and translate business plans to operating and capital expense forecasts and budgets
- Communicate the Coinstar financial story to leadership including providing business context and assumptions behind financial data
- Perform financial reviews and provide support and analysis to help business partners find solutions
- Monitor financial performance through analysis including variance analysis to provide performance insights and guide decision making
- Prepare supporting schedules and cost models including documentation of assumptions
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and metric data
- Develop and maintain forecast and analysis tools and processes including of EPM processes
- Collaborate with accounting for analysis and alignment of budget forecast and accounting data
Education & Experience
- Experience working with business partners to deliver budget and forecasts
- Experience performing financial analysis including variance and trend analysis
- Experience with cost models
- 2 years of finance experience; preferably in an FP&A and/or corporate environment
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Finance Accounting Business or related field
- ERP planning software and corporate performance management software experience a plus

Job Location & Business Travel
- Position requires little to no travel.
- This position is based at our corporate headquaters in Bellevue WA. Hybrid or work from home arrangements are welcome within the Greater Seattle area.
Pay & Benefits
The typical starting salary range for this position is between $72037$90047 per year. Coinstar utilizes geographically based pay ranges within the United States which allows us to pay competitively and consistently based on location. Within the range for the applicable geographic area individual pay is determined by several factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share the salary range specific to your location. Employees in this position have the potential to increase their base salary up to $108056 per year which is the max end of the range based on ongoing demonstrated and continuous performance in the role. ShortTerm and LongTerm bonus incentives are a part of the total compensation package and are based on Company and Individual performance.
