The Ray School is looking foran Academic Support Interventionist to start inSeptember of 2025 for the 202526school year. The interventionist will work with small groups of students on targeted skills in reading writing and math. If you are an energetic candidate that loves teaching enjoys partnering with colleagues understands the value of data informeddecisionmaking and can see theincrediblepotentialin every child please complete (K5 required. NH Teacher Certification preferred. Flexibleschedule up to 29 hours per week. Rate of pay is $31.40 per hour with no benefits. Position is open until filled.

General Purpose:
Tutors plan for and deliver supplemental instruction in one or more given areas of the curriculum.
Reports to:
Building Principal or Designee
Supervises:
N/A
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Except as specifically noted the following functions are considered essential to this position:
- Provide academic support and study skills intervention to support the individual student.
- Teach and model active learning and study strategies
- Consult with teachers counselors administration parents
- Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with students
- Keep accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Must comply with all SAU 70 District policy and building / department rules procedures practices and objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree
- Two to Four 24 years of relevant experience

- Ability to successfully multitask within role.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and/or written policies procedures and instructions.
