The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) Air Dominance DivisionPhantom Works is seeking an Air Vehicle Subsystems Strength Engineering Manager for advanced aircraft development programs located in Hazelwood MO

Position Responsibilities:
Management of the activities of employees performing modelbased aircraft subsystems development design performance modeling and analysis with a strong emphasis on structural/strength analysis.
Management of the strength team supporting the engineering release of product definition BuildtoPackages detailing the 3D physical instantiation of platform subsystems equipment components transport elements such as tubing ducting wiring support structures and mechanical systems as well as the review of supplier furnished reports and data.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science.
5 years of experience in Model Based Definition (MBD).
3 years of experience in an aircraft structure or subsystems lead engineer or management role.
Earned Value Management experience.
