Location: Vandalia OH (onsite)
As our next Warehouse Project Manager youll lead the of complex systems programs within the Warehouse Automation business project management role will commence with initial project identification and will continue through project implementation concluding with project launch. During this time the project manager will oversee of all project steps and indirectly coordinate sales purchasing manufacturing engineering quality and other identified crossfunctional team members. Interface may occur with internal personnel suppliers customers and senior BU management.

Coordinating staff and internal resources
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Ensuring projects meet deadlines
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Oversee and direct cross functional team related activities
Develop program timing and project steps
Ensure compliance with all deliverables
Maintain team meetings minutes and action items
Assist in product cost establishment and quoting
Coordinate with sales and marketing staff
Provide project assistance where applicable
Leading project planning sessions
Develop and maintain project management processes where needed
5 years experience in a New Product Development and Launch Environment
Bachelors Degree in an Engineering Discipline
Proficient in Project Management tools
Good communication and people skills especially as it applies to customer facing skills
Eligible to work in the United States without Sponsorship
PMP Certification
NPD experience with electromechanical products
Project management with systems level products including site level integration projects
Bachelor degree in Engineering or other Technical Degree (Proof required)
35 Years experience as a Project Engineer
Business acumen to include an understanding of business finance
Experience working with ISO or other similar regulation standards
