Your mission:

Be the mastermind behind our recruitment process from attracting and selecting new talent for enmacc to getting contracts signed and driving exciting projects on talent attraction. What youll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highcalibre talent across Tech Operations and Revenue aligning with enmaccs business objectives.
  • Create compelling and targeted job descriptions and requirement profiles that effectively communicate enmaccs employer brand and attract the right candidates.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through diverse and innovative channels and platforms building a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process including screening CVs scheduling interviews and conducting screening calls
  • Collaborate closely with and provide expert guidance to hiring managers throughout the selection process building strong partnerships and ensuring a consistent and transparent approach.
  • Identify and establish effective recruiting channels
  • Enhance the candidate experience ensuring a positive and engaging journey that strengthens enmaccs reputation as an employer of choice and cultivates a strong internal and external talent network.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of talent acquisition processes and initiatives leveraging data and best practices to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

Who you are:

  • This is a fixedterm contract to cover parental leave.
  • Proven experience (ideally 24 years) in full lifecycle talent acquisition demonstrating increasing responsibility within fastpaced environments ideally including startup or scaleup experience within the SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g. engineering product) within a SaaS environment is highly advantageous. Familiarity with the energy domain or an existing network in the sector is a significant plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships and provide expert guidance to hiring managers across different departments.
  • Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with handson experience in Greenhouse preferred and a demonstrated ability to leverage recruitment software and data to drive efficiency and inform decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a valuable asset in our Munichbased environment.
  • A proactive and resultsoriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership capable of thriving in a collaborative and rapidly evolving scaleup culture.
  • A solutionfocused approach and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
  • Exposure to and understanding broader People & Culture initiatives such as employer branding and talent development with the ability to contribute to these areas is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel to the Munich office once per month for a minimum of 2 days.
