Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented Commercial Paint Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial painting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial painting projects while maintaining quality safety and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple commercial painting projects simultaneously
Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocation
Coordinate with general contractors architects and other trade partners
Supervise painting crews and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Review and process change orders
Conduct regular site visits and project status meetings
Manage material procurement and inventory
Prepare detailed project documentation and reports

Required Qualifications:
5 years of commercial painting project management experience
Strong knowledge of commercial painting materials techniques and applications
Proven experience with project scheduling and budget management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
OSHA safety certification preferred
