Description
The George DeLallo Company is looking for a highly qualified fulltime temporary Receptionist to professionally answer telephone inquiries and greet visitors as well as perform a variety of administrative tasks.
While the Receptionist position is temporary a successful candidate may be considered for other opportunities after successfully filling this temporary role.
Essential Functions
- Adhere to working hours of Monday Friday from 8:00 5:00 p.m.
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
- Communicate pertinent information to staff.
- Greet visitors and ensure that all security procedures are followed.
- Perform various administrative functions as assigned.
- Label and affix postage for all mail.
Required Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years related experience preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel Word Outlook
- Demonstrate high attention to detail with a strong focus on ability to multitask and followthrough
- Demonstrate clear easy to understand and professional written and oral communication skills
