Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Communications Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in crafting compelling marketing messages coordinating campaigns and engaging with various stakeholders to promote our brand vision.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing communications strategies and campaigns.
- Create and edit content for various marketing channels including social media newsletters and websites.
- Coordinate events and promotional activities ensuring effective and organization.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to gauge success and suggest improvements.
- Support the design and production of marketing materials including brochures presentations and advertisements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align messaging and branding efforts.
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Experience with content creation graphic design or digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
