What Youll Be Doing:
- Participate in the design development and deployment of basic network configurations servers laptops and mobile devices for our endusers including client engagement team (CET) Technology Engineering (TE) Product Management Human Resources Finance and other support services teams.
- Set up and administrate configurations for anything relative to Azure Office 365 OpenDNS IT Asset Management tools Exchange and Active Directory.
- Support configurations deployment including software and hardware upgrades on all networking devices that appear in a network environment including routing protocols network security WiFi and VoIP.
- Create AP Help Desk Tickets and manage JIRA on the back end.
- Consistently check manufacturers guidance for upgrades.
- Always make recommendations to help improve overall IT functions and solutions for your designated areas.
- Support/administrate system backups
- Monitor AV/AM IDS and logging operations
- Maintain inventory control
What We Look for in You:
- Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of IT System Administrator experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network troubleshooting including VLANs router setup
- Bachelors Degree preferred or Associates Degree and equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Azure IT System Administrator
- Excellent work organization selfmanagement communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and ability to resolve issues across any of our offices and remote teams
- Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Fortinet FW
- Hands on experience with security tools (i.e. Zscaler or Crowdstrike)
- Experience with AWS cloud
