Damliorer les modalits de partage de linformation au sein du French Market
Dorganiser nos outils de collaboration et les principes dutilisation
De valoriser nos diffrents pour amliorer lefficacit collective
Dans le cadre du dploiement nos solutions dIA de dfinir et de dployer les cas dutilisation
Ces activits se feront en lien avec les diffrentes quipes dAXA GO en charge des solutions des processus et de la gestion des donnes. Lensemble de vos travaux devront se traduire en principes et rgles qui devront tre diffuses lensemble des quipes. Lobjectif tant lefficacit densemble il sagira aussi de dfinir en amont de chaque initiative des objectifs et des lments de mesure.
