About the Product Management Team

The Product Management team at Rubrik drives forward Rubriks vision ensuring we continue to deliver on our marketleading platform as we address our customers most challenging data management & security needs. Our mission is to deliver the best application aware backups helping customers to secure their data while ensuring that we do not compromise on the end to end user experience we are known for.

About the Role

Rubrik is looking for a strategic experienced Staff Partner Product Manager to drive Rubriks product alliances with partners. The Partner Product Manager will create the product alliance strategy and be responsible for executing it. They must understand the market landscape competitive dynamics and future trends then use those inputs to create synergistic solutions with partners. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the enterprise IT industry product management experience and partner management experience. Technical fluency is a strict requirement for this role as the solutions involved are technically complex.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 years of experience in product management and/or partner management
  • 5 years experience in the enterprise IT infrastructure market (cloud and onprem)
  • Technical understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing strategic plans
  • Ability to lead without authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to be selfmotivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally the role is eligible for bonus potential equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
