A bit about the job:
As a Finance Business Architect youll report to the Group Finance Transformation Director and play a crucial role in ensuring the finance transformation portfolio aligns with our target state outcomes. Youll be responsible for executing the Finance location strategy optimizing offshore nearshore and crossregional centres of excellence. Your work will involve developing and presenting the impact of transformation on the transition and target operating models for Finance driving cost efficiency and value creation across the Group.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Proven experience in finance transformation and operational excellence
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop and track metrics related to Finance target state outcomes
- Experience working with outsource partners and reviewing operating models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and execute multiyear budgets and transformation roadmaps

- Starting salary Circa 135000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
