Job Description

Job Summary

Participates in and supports the operational activities of a business unit. Applies experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects.

  • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for where necessary.

  • Respond to client inquiries (account transactions requests for tax receipts account reporting etc..

  • Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding and maintenance of existing client accounts.

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements. Maintain complete and uptodate client files within appropriate systems.

  • Support Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.

  • Provide support on assigned projects conducting research and sharing information with the team and/or Management team
