Were looking for a talented Senior Analyst to join our Internal Firm Services (IFS) department as part of our Products & Technology team.
Your impact
Act as a bridge between business and IT ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Independently conduct interviews and lead workshops to gather valuable insights from both business stakeholders and technical experts.
Identify business needs and functional requirements translating them into desirable viable and feasible IT solution proposals.
Guide and manage the analyst team to ensure highquality analysis aligning team efforts with business objectives fostering collaboration and development within the team continuously driving best practices.
Develop and present business cases with clear datadriven justifications for proposed changes and initiatives.
Stay updated on new methodologies trends and technologies and apply them to improve processes and solutions.
About you
You are proactive actively chasing and making things happen rather than waiting for them to come to you.
You balance a clientoriented mindset with a healthy degree of disagreeability common sense and critical thinking.
You possess exceptional interpersonal skills making you enjoyable and effective to work with.
You are a born team player who likes to take initiative.
You have additional experience as a Product Owner and/or Project Manager which is considered a positive element.
You feel comfortable in a challenging highpaced and demanding environment.
You can delve into details while maintaining the bigger picture.
You are eager to learn and see challenges as opportunities.
You are fluent in English and proficient in Dutch and/or French.
