Join Close Brothers Asset and LeasingTeam as a Maintenance Controller where you will be responsible for the handling challenging and improving the uptime of the vehicles (HGV& LVC) that are in a Vehicle Off Road status.

Our ideal candidate would be a motivated team player who hasprevious experience with administrative management and processing of information as well as information relating to vehicle fleet for the areas of breakdowns defects supplier and management costs

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional manner which include calls relating to (but not limited to) breakdown repair & maintenance issues across the HGV & LCV fleet.
  • Ensuring all Close Brothers Vehicle Hire systems are fully updated with accurate and clear information so that our customer portal remains up to date.
  • Understand Close Brothers Vehicle Hire systems and consider how they can work in conjunction with the business to enhance processes.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and undertake other additional administration tasks as required.
  • Effectively plan and organise time to maximise productivity and efficiency for the individual the workshops and the customers.
  • Be fully conversant with the systems required to operate as part of the role and to use systems in line with Close Brothers Vehicle Hire operating policies and procedures.
  • Escalate issues that could impact the customer or business negatively to the Fleet Support Manager.
  • Ensure that any rechargeable work is notified to the customers following the company procedures and time guidelines.
  • Working towards KPI set by the business.
  • The ability to convey information to others effectively and efficiently with good verbal and written communication help facilitate of information between within a company the ability to deal with conflict and challenges that may arise.
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required

  • Areorganised personwith a keen eye fordetail
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Have practical problemsolving abilities
  • Are computer literate
  • Have some Transport and Legislation Knowledge

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:

  • Have a technical background working on HGVs and LCVs with strong knowledge of maintenance and breakdown procedures.
