The Mobile Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to scheduling property tours to completing the lease/application paperwork. This role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; its about understanding each prospects needs by frequently following up via phone text email and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people excels at collaboration with other teammates is friendly and cheerful and loves making a difference in peoples lives.
Qualifications
- Cheerful Positive Attitude
- Must have valid drivers license
- Occasional Weekends required
- Abilityto work independently in a remote setting & travel up to 50 of the time
- Personal Smart Phone technology required
- OneSite Knock and Yieldstar experience is a plus
Compensation* $21$25 an hour
*Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
