Overview:
The Sr Manager in Wealth Operations and Documentation will play a pivotal role in leading and strategizing all operational and documentation processes within our Wealth Management division. You will ensure streamlined operations compliance and client documentation accuracy while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team responsible for wealth operations and client documentation processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Oversee client onboarding transaction processing and documentation accuracy.
- Identify process improvements and leverage technology for operational excellence.
- Act as the focal point for audit processes and ensure timely resolution of any findings.
- Train mentor and develop the team to foster professional growth and skill enhancement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field. A masters degree is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in wealth management operations with a strong focus on documentation.
- Proven ability to lead and develop highperforming teams.
- Indepth understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance within wealth management.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and digital tools for wealth management.
