We are now looking for our next CRM Specialist!
As a CRM Specialist at Sambla Group you will get the chance to demonstrate your strong willingness to learn and develop your skills continuously. Key Responsibilities and skills

  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies.
  • Handson experience of building customer journeys and how to continuously optimize them.
  • Work with multiple markets and brands to deliver personalised communication to the users.
  • Establish relevant KPIs to be able to measure success and drive performance.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations. We believe you have strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Being able to effectively communicate and convey key metrics and results.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a holistic understanding of the user journey.

    Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a B2C marketing role with focus on CRM and marketing automation.
  • A relevant university degree.
