Job Purpose: To ensure accurate and timely entry and management of customer orders in the ERP system while keeping Sales Offices continuously informed about order status.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the ontime and complete entering of multiBU orders in the ERP system
- Check trade compliance issues for each order
- Generate order acknowledgements
- Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered ontime and complete
- Keep a close contact with internal customers/Sales Office to inform of any delays and problems
- Keeps the Sales Office informed at all times of the status of all orders and provides correct and on time answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders
- Provide constant status updates to European Sales Offices
- Conduct data management activities using the ERP system
- Maintain accurate and updated Business Systems (CRM JDE OCM etc)
- Follow up on orders to make sure they are produced and shipped on time
- Manage the common mailbox and ensure all emails are actions in a timely manner
Requirements:
- University degree
- 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience in customer service is mandatory
- Languages: English
- PC skills: MsOffice Internet
