Job Description
Travel Nurse Supervisor 08Weeks Assignment
- Location: Rochester NY 14626
- Weekly Payrate: $2520 $2720
- Shift: Day/Evening/Night Rotations 8a 4p 4p 12a 12a 8a)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Note: Only for Travelers!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the onsite nursing leader overseeing hospital operations during assigned shifts.
- Respond to hospitalwide emergencies and all codes (BLS/ACLS required).
- Provide leadership support and coordination for unit nurses across multiple specialties.
- Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with physicians nursing staff and other departments to ensure effective patient care.
- Serve as administrative contact for hospital management during offhours.
- Complete incident reports and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the State of New York
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be from AHA)
- Recent acute care supervisory experience as a House Supervisor or Nursing Supervisor required
- Experience in nursing supervision preferred
