Job Title: Senior HVAC Project Estimator
Location: Chicago IL
Employment Type: Fulltime
Pay Range: $125000 $187800 Base Plus

Responsibilities:
Plan organize and lead estimating efforts for large and complex projects.
Assign and manage estimating tasks to ensure complete timely estimates aligned with project documents BIM models codes permits and contracts.
Develop trade partner strategies and coordinate bids to ensure full pricing coverage.
Perform quantity takeoffs and validate project scopes for scope and budget alignment.
Identify project risks early and collaborate with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
Analyze past project data to build accurate budgets and pricing models.
Present completed estimates to internal teams and clients with clear command of scope and costs.
Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team development and process improvements.
Requirements:
8 years of mechanical/HVAC estimating experience including leading large projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems building construction scheduling and logistics.
Proficiency in BIM Revit AutoCAD Bluebeam and industrystandard estimating software.
Ability to build cost models estimate selfperformed work and evaluate productivity rates.
Skilled in identifying risk factors and providing designphase guidance to maintain budgets.
Excellent communication leadership and mentoring abilities.
Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Ability to travel up to 20 as needed.
