Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized proactive and wellpresented Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires strong communication skills fluency in English and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks with discretion and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detailoriented adaptable and capable of working in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO s calendar appointments travel and logistics

  • Handle highlevel internal and external communications

  • Prepare executive reports presentations meeting agendas and followup summaries

  • Conduct research and compile insights to support decisionmaking

  • Coordinate crossfunctional projects and monitor progress on key initiatives

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters

  • Represent the CEO in meetings and interactions both internally and externally

  • Anticipate the CEO s needs and provide timely support across priorities




Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree from AUC or GUC is preferred

  • Fluency in English excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools

  • High attention to detail with a proactive cando attitude

  • Professional appearance and demeanor are highly recommended

  • Previous experience supporting Clevel executives or in a similar administrative role

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Strong sense of discretion integrity and accountability
