Job Description

Role Overview:


As a Product Owner at Brite you ll help shape smart userfocused solutions for SMEs. You ll own the product backlog turn business needs into features and work closely with design development and stakeholders to deliver real impact. This role blends agile delivery product strategy and a strong focus on user experience in a fastmoving startup environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize ruthlessly based on impact
  • Break down highlevel business needs into clear actionable user stories
  • Be the link between design devs and stakeholders in every sprint
  • Hold agile ceremonies (planning grooming review and retrospective)
  • Define success metrics and make decisions using data feedback and intuition
  • Act as the voice of the user ensuring we ship useful usable and lovable features
  • Support testing releases training material and documentation as needed


Requirements


  • 1 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS
  • Clear experience writing user stories and owning agile delivery cycles
  • Ability to connect business problems with technical solutions
  • Excellent communicator you know how to say no and still win people over
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure to chaos
  • Bonus points: HR tech B2B SaaS or integrations experience (e.g. Slack ATS Azure and Jira)
