The Company is seeking to hire a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the company s daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency maintaining accurate records fostering strong team performance and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role requires a detailoriented individual with excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee and manage the daytoday activities of rental operations ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
Supervise motivate and provide guidance to team members ensuring tasks are completed effectively and in alignment with company standards.
Ensure all teams are aligned with the company s overarching goals and objectives.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain meticulous and uptodate records for various operational aspects.
Generate and analyze CRM Reports to track client interactions followups and maintain comprehensive customer relationship data.
Prepare and present Sales Reports documenting sales figures and performance metrics.
Monitor and document Returns and Items Leaving Reports to ensure accurate inventory records and track any outgoing items.
Maintain detailed Repairs and Maintenance Reports for equipment and office facilities coordinating necessary repairs as needed.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of Inventory Reports to ensure optimal stock levels of all materials and supplies.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction budget and adherence.
Regularly report on performance to senior management highlighting successes challenges and areas for potential improvement.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability for operational needs.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or in any related field.
1 year of experience as an operations manager.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in AI tools
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
