Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information while providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage air import shipments from pickup to arrival and update the customer timely.
- Coordinate with airlines Origin offices customs brokers and internal departments.
- Provide exceptional service to clients ensuring their shipments are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and provide timely updates on shipment status.
- Monitor and report shipment milestones and proactively address delays or exceptions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in air import customer service and operations preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Global logistics industry knowledge
- Good computer skills (MS Excel MS Word...
- Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
- Customerfocused with a proactive and problemsolving attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English
