We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Manager to join our team in the CIS region. The successful candidate will provide highlevel scientific support for internal and external customers ensuring the scientific credibility of all information provided by the company. This role involves supporting the development and of Medical Affairs strategy and tactical medical plans for the region and European affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications :
Essential: Degree in Medicine Pharmacy or a PhD in Life Sciences.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry including at least 3 years in a medical affairs role.
Strong understanding of marketing and sales; knowledge of market access is an advantage.
Bilingual and fluency in written English Russian.
Preferred: Prior experience in ophthalmology is highly desirable.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in highperformance teams and matrix organizations.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customerfocused mindset with the ability to bring both expertise and innovation.
Indepth product and disease knowledge maintaining high standards of ethics.
Autonomous handson approach with an open mindset and adaptability.
Proficient in MS Office statistics tools and complaint handling software.
Excellent facilitation communication and proactive thinking abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across CIS countries and attend EMEA meetings as needed.
