Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to legal safety and quality standards and continuously seek ways to improve operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery.

Our ideal candidate will inspire the following:
Certifications in business administration recruitment sales or customer service are desirable
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Initiative and ability to work autonomously or within a team
Experience in recruitment/Operations experience in the Nursing Sector (desirable)
Demonstrated experience in a commercial call centre sales or recruitment environment.
Understanding of the healthcare nursing or aged care sectors desirable
A background in multisite service businesses or targetdriven environments
