Were on the look out for dynamic experienced tech enthusiasts to join our growing R&D Data & Analytics team. We are doing a greenfield project to build a cuttingedge multitenant data platform with opensource big data technologies. This role is primarily for the team building this platform.
As a Lead Software Engineer you will have the responsibility to design develop and maintain software included in IFS. The role is focused on interpreting and analyzing functional and technical requirements to create fitforpurpose and enterprisegrade software. Stability performance maintainability usability and security are key aspects of this role. If you consider yourself as a person that is proactive takes initiative and responsibility good at listening and communicating share your knowledge and experience naturally and wants to be part of a diverse and skilled team we want to hear from you.
As a Lead/Senior Lead Software Engineer you are expected to:
- Provide technical leadership for design and development of software meeting functional & nonfunctional requirements.
- Ensure maintainability security and scalability in software components developed using wellestablished engineering/architectural principles
- Keep product security and performance at the center of development
- Support collaborate and mentor a talented team of engineers.
- Test debug review and maintain software to ensure quality and stability of the code.
- Create documentation presentations and training material.
- Be a strong team player selfdriven able to learn new technologies and apply them to the product
- Engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders
Qualifications :
Qualifications
A degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or Information Technology
- 5 years of experience with a track record in working with Enterprise Grade Applications
- Ability to envision the big picture and work on details
- Have strong software architectural technical design and programming skills
- Sound knowledge in Go or C#
- Sound knowledge of microservices and containerization
- Preferred: Experience in Azure and cloud services
- Preferred: Experience on Big Data
- A natural desire to discover and learn new technologies and processes
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills along with an innovative mindset
