Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree is required; a Masters degree would be a plus.
- 10 years of experience in professional sales and account management with an emphasis on retaining key accounts penetrating deeper into existing accounts and the development of new business.
- A proven successful work experience in medical device or healthcare sales (device connected device biotech digital health).
- The ability to develop relationships with key strategic decisionmakers and managing the sales process.
- Ability to continuously multitask be selfmotivated be very organized and extremely detailoriented with every task at hand showcasing a great followthrough skillset
- An ability to think critically and strategically while considering the needs of both the customer and company.
- Skilled in establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between strategic clients and internal departments.
- Expert knowledge and application of strategic tactical and consultative selling principles in a complex sales environment.
- Strong analytical skills including market strategy customer requirements and success factors and a valuebased selling process.
- Advanced communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to create impactful presentations.
- Negotiation contracting and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to travel by Air and Car throughout the Midwest Region.
