Job Description
This is a fulltime remote Product/Project Manager position. You will facilitate collaboration between our operational team (working PST hours California) and our technical team (working Eastern European hours) focusing on backoffice optimisationintegrating internal systems linking key tools and automating everyday workflows.
Qualifications :
Required:
3 years of experience in Product/Project Management Operations Coordination or similar roles
Experience with Jira Monday or similar
Fluent English (C1 and Russian (C1 (our technical team is primarily Belarusians communicating internally in Russian while documentation and most interactions with the USbased team are in English)
Ability to work mainly during Pacific Time hours (ideally based in LATAM or comfortable aligning with US working hours)
Preferred but not required:
Experience integrating internal tools and collaborating with backoffice / billing teams
Ability to draft API logic coordinate internal automation workflows and document decisions clearly
Experience with Zendesk (ticket workflows and basic integrations)
Familiarity with payment systems such as Stripe or Shopify
