Responsibilities And What You Will Do:
Works in collaboration with the Offboarding Manager
Oversees a team of Offboarding Coordinators
Develops new strategies and programs to streamline the offboarding process
Works with the team to offboard team members in a timely manner
Tracks all members who need to be offboarded.
Communicates with managers in other departments about unresponsive team members
Provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on nationallevel initiatives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Qualifications :
Heres what were looking for:
Associates or Bachelors degree in human resources or related field a plus.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRMCP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRMSCP) credential preferred.
Thorough understanding of applicable policies and federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
Thorough understanding of technology technical roles and technical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
Must be available to volunteer 15 hours a week
