Responsibilities And What You Will Do:
Provide leadership support advocacy and vision to onboarding and offboarding coordinators and support staff
Work in collaboration with the On & Offboarding Manager and HR Management
Oversee a team of volunteers working in Onboarding and Offboarding
Develops new strategies and programs to streamline the onboarding and offboarding process
Ensure all necessary documentation is recorded for new volunteers
Work with the offboarding team to remove inactive volunteers from all platforms
Communicate with managers in other departments about new team members
Work closely with recruiting the manager and other HR Supervisors to share best practices provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate globallevel initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Qualifications :
Heres what were looking for:
Bachelors degree in human resources or related field a plus.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRMCP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRMSCP) credential preferred.
Thorough understanding of applicable policies and federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
Must be available to volunteer 1015 hours a week
