Job Description

 Responsibilities And What You Will Do:

  • Provide leadership support advocacy and vision to onboarding and offboarding coordinators and support staff

  • Work in collaboration with the On & Offboarding Manager and HR Management

  • Oversee a team of volunteers working in Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Develops new strategies and programs to streamline the onboarding and offboarding process

  • Ensure all necessary documentation is recorded for new volunteers

  • Work with the offboarding team to remove inactive volunteers from all platforms

  • Communicate with managers in other departments about new team members

  • Work closely with recruiting the manager and other HR Supervisors to share best practices provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate globallevel initiatives.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 

  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department.

  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Qualifications :

Heres what were looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources or related field a plus.

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRMCP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRMSCP) credential preferred.

  • Thorough understanding of applicable policies and federal state and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.

  • Must be available to volunteer 1015 hours a week
