About the Opportunity
Our Effective Philanthropy Capability team is currently in need of a Principal Organisational Development to drive organisational effectiveness leadership capability and workforce engagement across the Foundation. Reporting to the Head of Capability your role will work closely and collaboratively with your team and other Focus areas and Enablers to streamline and enhance Capability.
Your day to day will include:
- Developing and implementing research driven and best practice leadership development initiatives.
- Building and deploying people capability solutions and offerings to support the ongoing development and growth of staff aligned to our employee experience goals
- Developing and facilitating workshops masterclasses and focus groups as required to support capability and culture goals
- Driving the development and delivery of culture initiatives and best practice research to inform culture strategy and associated actions
- Developing deploying and analysing internal staff engagement and pulse surveys including debriefs and focus groups
- Providing specialist OD advice coaching and insights and supporting talent management and succession planning initiatives as and when required
- Strategise and design capability plans identifying learning needs across the Foundation
- Designing and implementing high impact learning experiences (both in person and virtual) drawing upon best practise adult learning principles
- Provide specialist advice on change management strategies to stakeholders as required
Qualifications :
About You
To be successful you will hold the following skills and experience:
- A tertiary qualification in Organisational Development Psychology Human Resources or similar relevant field.
- Proven experience improving outcomes and driving impact in organisational development with a minimum of 5 years post grad experience in a midsenior OD L&D or people strategy role.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the relevant issues and challenges associated with capability and talent building.
- Ability to reconcile multiple diverse viewpoints and negotiate/influence across stakeholders at all levels.
