We are currently seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our growing team in Akron OH. The Communications Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting internal and external communications initiatives ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels. This position requires strong writing skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple communication projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate internal communications to ensure clarity and alignment across departments
Draft and edit company announcements newsletters press releases and presentations
Assist in the planning and of company meetings events and public engagements
Maintain company branding and communication standards in all materials
Support crossfunctional teams with clear and timely communication materials
Monitor communication effectiveness and propose improvements
Coordinate with external partners for public relations efforts when needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations English or a related field
2 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
Detailoriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
