Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Detroit MI. This role is responsible for providing efficient accurate and friendly support to customers through phone email and inperson communication. The ideal candidate is organized solutionoriented and thrives in a teamfocused environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
Resolve complaints process orders and handle returns or exchanges
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met

Qualifications :
